Client 1
Designed a compact thermoelectric water chiller for physical therapy services. The 3D rendering of our Aquilo-202 was the bases for the client’s products.
Client 2
Client wanted one of our standard products and subsequently found that it was not optimum for their needs. Our brief discussions of possible options impressed our client and we were given the responsibility of developing an all custom highly integrated solution. The pictures at the left is the final product — it consists of high density machined fins, embedded heatpipes and complex structural features. It is about 2’ x 1’ x .5’.
Client 3
Client wanted to use one of our products as building blocks for a modular system with multiple laser modules that operate at slightly different temperatures to obtain desired spectrum of outpur wavelengthes. We designed the system with our standard components and procedures to meet the customer need, and made it easily configurable by the users to tune the wavelength of each laser.
Client 4
Client wanted an integrated module with both temperature stablized lasers and uncooled lasers, along with fiber management space and features. We leveraged our standard products to meet the design requirements with minimal NRE and short lead time.

- Client 1: Guided the packaging architecture development and oversaw the detail design effort of an advanced HUD (Head Up Display). Performed thermal design of the PCAs and overall package. Prototyped the design and validated the thermal design and simulation results.
- Client 2: A state-of-the-art lighting product was in pilot production when our client discovered low yield and design issues. We were called in to diagnose the issues and recommend optimum resolutions. We resolved the problems with minimal impact to production flow and improved yield from less than 70% to over 95%.
- Client 3: Client discovered vibration failures in delivered products. We reviewed the design, identified the root cause, recommended minor design changes that solved the vibration failure issue with minimal cost and minimal impact to product delivery .
