NEW! Advanced heatsink module EHS-025 Model EHS-025 is a compact light weight heatsink module, employing the state-of-the-art LED cooling technology,  designed for general cooling of high heat flux devices, such as high power IGBT modules or high power lasers. The key features are: a) Boasts impressive 0.025ºC/w thermal resistance, capable of dissipating 400w of heat in 22ºC typical lab environment for diodes rated at 35ºC case temperature. b) 14 large heatpipes to transfer and spread heat throughout the structure. Users are advised to place the diodes such that the source of the heat spans over as many heatpipes as possible to take advantage of the heatpipes. c) Fits in a 2U 19” rack mount chassis. d) Base plate acts as mini optical table with pre-tapped 4-40 threaded holes on 14.5mm x 14.5mm pattern. Optional clamps and shims enable users to place the diode anywhere on the base plate. e) Removable bottom carrying plate and fan assembly, so users may incorporate the EHS core for integrating into OEM systems. f) Carrying plate provides pre-drilled  holes for 8-32 screws or ¼-20 screws on 1” pattern for securing EHS-025 on any optical tables g) Custom thermoelectric cold plate using EHS-025 as base provides up to 550w Qmax available h) Fans may be modulated by PWM to lower noise for less demanding  cooling scenarios

HS series heatsink modules

The HS series heatsink modules are useed for our OCP series thermoelectric cold plates. We are making them available for cooling the commom laser packages, IGBTs, and other high power devices that doesn’t need precision temperature control. They are compact, easy to use, with highest power density, The thermal resistance of the heatsink modules are 0.22ºC/w, 0.11ºC/w, 0.08ºC/w, 0.04ºC/w and 0.02ºC/w represented by the three digits of the model number. HS-004L is the narrow version of HS-004. All heatsink modules come with option for IP68 fans for operating in harsh environments.
